The kitchen is one of the most fall prone areas of the hospital because of water and grease that often spills onto the floor.

The water can even cause the glue on the tiles to be destroyed. By not dashing from here to there you make it easier to keep your drink in the cup and not on the ground. What water does to carpeting. Be alert for others in the area since a bump or even a close call can result in an accident.

Believe it or not water can actually cause damage to carpeting over time. Always keep an eye on your floors to prevent damage but be prepared to replace warped tiles if the water damage is too severe.
